Sponsorship Form

On the 1st October 2008, I will be donning my walking boots in a bid to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. I am doing the climb in aid of my nephew, Finley Michael Heath who was born earlier this year without his sight. I would like to split any funds raised between a trust fund which has been set-up to support his future but also to the National Blind Children's Society. I am funding the climb myself, so please be reassured all donations are going to the above. I return to the UK on 19th October when I will be in touch to share my experience.
